Igor Čičak, Managing Partner & CEO
Igor Čičak is a Managing Partner and serves as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing overall strategy and management of the firm. He is also President of the Investment Committee at PCP.
Igor has a track record of 20+ years in executive management and private equity investments.
Prior to founding PCP in 2018, Igor was CEO of Provectus Capital, a specialized investment and M&A firm that was active in SEE region.
Igor was co-founder of Optimapharm, today one of the leading clinical research companies in Europe. He served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 2011 until 2020 when global PE firm The Rohatyn Group (TRG) acquired majority stake in the company.
During period 2006-2011, Igor was CEO of regional bank in Croatia.
Prior to that Igor performed senior and top executive positions with local and international banks (HVB/Bank Austria) and large corporates.
Igor graduated from Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, completed GMP program in Vienna, and finished Senior Executive Program at London Business School.

Marko Galić, Partner
Marko is Partner and member of the Investment Committee at PCP.
With more than 15 years of experience, Marko has executed structured finance and M&A transactions valued in excess of EUR 500 million in SEE.
Before joining PCP, Marko worked as Senior Banker, Regional Head SME Finance and Development in EBRD and, prior to this, in the M&A departments of UniCredit and CA IB, covering the region.
Marko holds an MBA from CESMA Business School and BSc Management and Economics from University of London.

Ivan Dujmović, Partner
Ivan is Partner and member of the Investment Committee at PCP.
Ivan has 20+ years of experience in financial industry, most of it in banking and asset management.
Prior to joining PCP Ivan was for 4 years CEO of Heta Asset Resolution in Croatia and before that spent 2 years in the same position in Slovenia. During the period at Heta Asset Resolution Ivan was managing portfolio of more than EUR 2 billion. Before Heta Ivan was Board Member of Banco Popolare Croatia, and before that spent 8 years in Bank Austria/HVB Group.
Ivan holds a degree in Economics from Pace University in New York, and has completed the GMP program in Vienna.

Silvijo Radušić, Managing Director
Silvijo is Managing Director at PCP.
Silvijo has over 20 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, M&A and executive management.
Before joining PCP, Silvijo was CEO of euroMerger Croatia – M&A boutique advisory with activities in 14 European countries. Prior to that, Silvijo was a Partner at Provectus Capital, interim CEO in PE portfolio company and held several management positions in local and international banks.
Silvijo has dual Czech and Croatian citizenship. He graduated from Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb.

Mislav Medved, CFA, Director
Mislav is Director at PCP.
He has more than ten years of experience in corporate finance and audit. Prior to joining PCP, he worked in the financial advisory team of PricewaterhouseCoopers Croatia, specializing in due diligence and business valuation. Before that he worked for Deloitte audit in Zagreb.
Mislav graduated summa cum laude from Faculty of Economics and Business University of Zagreb with MCs in Analysis and Business Planning. He holds a CFA and CAIA charters.

Luka Certić, Manager
Luka is Manager at PCP.
Luka has more than eight years of experience in M&A, audit and corporate finance.
Prior to joining PCP, Luka was manager in euroMerger Croatia, where he participated in numerous M&A and corporate finance projects. Before that, he worked for EY in Zagreb.
Luka graduated magna cum laude from Faculty of Economics and Business University of Zagreb with MCs in Finance. He passed CFA level 1 exam.

Borna Krištović, Analyst
Borna has more than five years of experience in M&A and corporate finance.
Prior to joining PCP in 2020, Borna was as Senior Financial Analyst in M&A Division of Studenac (FMCG chain) supporting the company in the process of acquisition and integration of several retail chains.
Prior to joining Studenac, Borna worked for KPMG and PwC in Financial Advisory, where he participated in numerous M&A and corporate finance projects.
Borna graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb with MCs in Finance.
