Provectus Capital Partners (PCP) is a transformation capital investor, focused on investing and creating value in small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs).
Targeting the region of South-East Europe (SEE), PCP helps SMEs unlock their growth potential by providing tailor-made financing and driving value creation in partnership with management and/or owners.
The PCP team, originating from and located in the region, combines strong local investment and operational experience with the best Western European practices in terms of due diligence, deal structuring and financing and value creation capabilities.
Key advantages of SEE include:
PCP applies a regional approach and invests in established SMEs with competitive advantage, principally in market leaders or export oriented companies. Our investment philosophy is to become the true-value investor of choice for SMEs, by providing tailor-made financial solutions.
Post-investment, we have a hands-on and operationally-focused investment approach to drive value. Furthermore, we place a strong emphasis on environmental and social issues across the investment process.
We target companies with strong market positions and high barriers to entry. We aim to obtain:
• Controlling stakes in small to mid-sized SMEs;
• Minority stakes alongside other (institutional) investors in large SMEs.
We typically invest EUR 5-10 million* of equity and mezzanine to support the growth and development of SMEs.
PCP team members have strong track record in unlocking value in growth and expansion capital, with specific focus on buy and build strategy creating leading regional platforms.
